What we collect
When you fill out our intake form, we collect your name, email, optional phone, the metro you're searching in, your move window, approximate budget, bedroom and roommate preferences, and any free-text you share in the “about you” field. We never ask for protected-class information and you shouldn't share it.
How we use it
We use what you submit to contact you about the Philadelphia pilot, to consider you for roommate matches, and — when we introduce you to a group — to share the information with other prospective roommates who have also opted in.
Who sees it
Our internal operations team sees your submission so we can match you. Licensed real estate agents see your group's details when we hand you off for a tour. We use Supabase to store data and Stripe and TransUnion for verifications when those steps begin. We do not sell your information.
