What does $39.95/mo actually include?+
Unlimited room and unit listings, all the photo and description fields you'd expect, filters for move date / budget / neighborhood, inbound match requests from verified members, and in-platform messaging once you accept a request. Cancel anytime. Existing listings on the platform as of May 1, 2026 are grandfathered free indefinitely.
Are the people who message me actually who they say they are?+
Yes. Every member who can send a match request has passed Stripe Identity verification — government ID + selfie. Identity is the gate, not a nudge. We charge them $1.50 for it (Stripe's pass-through cost, no markup).
Do I have to share photos? Can I keep my listing semi-private?+
Photos are optional. Some hosts share rich detail; others keep it minimal until they trust the inbound request. You can also limit your listing to specific cities or filter ranges before any verified member sees it.
What if I have a bad experience with someone?+
Every member is ID-verified, so disputes have a real person on the other side. Reports go to ops; we have a moderation queue and a takedown path for listings flagged for FHA-violating language or other policy breaches.
When do shared billing tools launch?+
We're working on it. The idea: a co-adhesive household account where each roommate ACHs their share into one consolidated payment to your landlord — no chasing, no awkward Venmo requests. Coming soon.
